General Questions

1. Which is the best way to get to Don Quijote Hotel from the airport? Any good conections?

Ibiza’s airport or any other Ibiza ´s villages are well connected with our hotel.  The bus to the airport (Line 10) runs every 20 minutes from the bus stop which is 150 mts away from the hotel.             Line 8 leaves from Avenida Macabich and reaches San Antonio thru San Jordi every 30 minutes. The bus station is 500 mts away from the hotel.  Line 14 leaves every 30 minutes from Playa d´en Bossa to Ibiza’s town. Bus station is right in front of the hotels.  To the Hippie Market there is LINE 13 from Ibiza to Santa Eulalia every 30 minutes from Avenida Macabich 500 mts away from the hotel, then line 13 from Santa Eulalia to Es Canar, every hour and after mid day every 30 minutes. Leaves , throughout the day buses, from Avenida Macabich to the beautiful Calas around the Island. Don Quijote hotel is  located in a prime location, within walking distance from Ibiza town, beaches, discos and night life. Hotels located in Figueretas are located in a prime location, within walking distance from Ibiza town, beaches, discos and night life.    

2. Would it be possible to provide a cot in the room?

Yes, I will add your request in your booking and send it to the hotel. Cot is free of charge

3. Can we order any transport from the airport to the hotel?

Unfortunately we don’t arrange any transport for our customers.

4. Are the bed-clothes and the towels included?

Bed linen, change of towels and room-cleaning are included in our prices.

5. Can we have an extra bed for two nights in our double room?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have an extra bed in your double room.

Hotel Reservation Questions

6. Just to advise you that we will be landing in the early hours of the morning, Is it still ok to check in our rooms?

Yes, your late arrival is not problem, we have a 24 hours reception so there is always somebody to give you the keys from your room.

7. Would I be able to pay in full by Visa card?

Yes, you can pay in full by Visa card. At the reception in the hotel you can pay the rest of your amount by cash or by credit card when you arrive.

8. Please, could you cancel my reservation, I have booked it through some other agency.

We can not cancel your reservation booked with some other agency, please, contact them to do this for you.

9. What is the check in time and the check out time?

Check- in time for your room is from 2:00 p.m. on. On the day of departure, your room must be empty before 12:00  o’clock. If you arrive before check- in time, a luggage-room can be used without any extra cost until your room is ready. If you wish a late check- out, please consult the reception at least one day in advance, in view of availability and costs.  

10. Is it possible to rent a car from the Hotel and how much does this cost per day?

You get all the information about renting a car at the reception in your Hotel, it should cost about 50 €per day, it depends, what kind of car you would like to rent etc.
